1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Digital MoMo. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to access and use digital financial services in your jurisdiction. Digital MoMo does not provide services to users where such use is prohibited by law.

2. Anonymous Accounts

Digital MoMo does not require personal information such as full name, email address, phone number, or government-issued identification. Upon account creation, a unique anonymous access code is generated. This code is the only method of accessing your account. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your anonymous access code.
• All activity conducted using your access code.
• Digital MoMo cannot recover lost access codes and is not responsible for loss of access due to user negligence.

3. Services Description

Digital MoMo provides the following services:

• Crypto-based USD deposits
• Conversion of USD to CFAM (Digital MoMo Fund)
• Peer-to-peer CFAM transfers via MoMo Tag
• Purchase and reload of Anonymous Cards
• Access to customer support services

Digital MoMo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Transactions

All deposits are made via supported cryptocurrencies(Usdt). Transaction confirmation times depend on blockchain networks and are outside Digital MoMo’s control. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Digital MoMo is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, network delays, or third-party blockchain failures.

5. CFAM Usage

CFAM is an internal digital fund used solely within the Digital MoMo platform. CFAM is not legal tender and does not represent a bank deposit or stored value protected by any government scheme. Digital MoMo reserves the right to set limits, fees, or restrictions on CFAM usage at any time.

6. Anonymous Cards

Anonymous Cards can be purchased using USD or CFAM. Each card has a monthly spending limit of $10,000. Users may purchase multiple cards. When purchasing a card, users may provide any name and address of their choice. Digital MoMo does not verify identity information provided for card issuance. Users are responsible for ensuring that card usage complies with local laws and regulations. Digital MoMo is not responsible for card restrictions, declines, or limitations imposed by ATM operators, merchants, or payment networks.

7. Fees & Limits

Fees and limits may apply to deposits, conversions, transfers, card usage, and other services. All applicable fees are displayed before transaction confirmation. Digital MoMo reserves the right to change fees and limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Digital MoMo for:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of platform limits
• Attempting to compromise platform security or systems

Digital MoMo reserves the right to suspend or restrict access if prohibited activity is suspected.

9. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile
• Blockchain transactions may fail or be delayed
• Anonymous financial services may carry regulatory risk

You use Digital MoMo at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital MoMo shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds due to user error
• Loss of access resulting from lost anonymous codes
• Network failures, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. No Financial or Legal Advice

Digital MoMo does provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for general informational purposes only.

12. Termination

Digital MoMo may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law. Users may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

Digital MoMo may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
